Tereza Lobo has tremendous in-depth expertise working in various sectors related to the travel and hospitality industry. She began her career in advertising but was quickly drawn to the travel and hospitality sector, building a vast network of contacts in top travel agencies and tour operators. Tereza began her strategic experience in the hotel industry at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo charged with sales implementation for the Rio de Janeiro market. Tereza is a renowned expert in the Brazilian market – Rio de Janeiro in particular. She lived abroad for many years, has travelled all over the world and has first-hand understanding of the needs of international upscale travelers. Her recent clients include renowned brands: St. Regis Punta Mita Resort – Mexico, The Conservatorium Hotel – Amsterdam, Mamilla and David Citadel Hotels – Jerusalem, Hotel Café Royal in London, among others.
With over 19 years of experience in the luxury hospitality, Carolina Schramm studied Hotel Management in Brisbane, Australia, and develop her career at Grand Hyatt São Paulo. After working managing an operational department of HR, followed by F&B, she established herself in Marketing being responsible for the Loyalty Program and the digital social channels. Always open and involved in innovative projects she was part of Design Thinking techniques implementation at the hotel. After a maternity leave, she joined Conecta2you to manage communication with the trade and the media, being in charge of social media and email marketing campaigns.
Fabiana has joined Conecta2you after a period in which her total involvement was to getting her twin boys independent and ready for school. With a graduate background in Hospitality later she complemented her studies by getting a MBA in Business Management which helped in a diversity of working experiences as well. To name a few, a startup site and a real estate company where at both places she took care of accounts and final consumers. Nevertheless, the most valuable asset for C2y was her six years at the iconic Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro holding several positions and departments. At Conecta2you she is responsible for the weekly visits to travel agencies in the city of São Paulo and her “in the field” findings are of great importance to customize promotional strategies. Originally from Rio, happily settled in São Paulo, Fabiana is fluent in English and Spanish.
